Mughal-E-Azam—this title alone brings back memories of the best and most classic Hindi films. A video from Times Square has just gone viral on all social media platforms, and netizens are adoring the vibe of "Desi culture" in a location like New York. A Mughal-E-Azam-themed flash mob was recently organized at Times Square, and as you can see, a group of Kathak dancers were grooving to the song 'Jab Pyar Kiya To Darna Kya' from the film at the iconic New York.

A drama named 'Anarkali' inspired Mughal-e-Azam's epic love narrative. Imtiaz Ali, a Pakistani dramatist, wrote it in Lahore in 1922. Surprisingly, this viral video is a fake mob, or you might say it's part of the promotion for a show that will take place in New York next month. The musical is based on K. Asif's 1960 film of the same name. All of the show's creators are currently on tour in North America, performing in a variety of towns around the United States and Canada.

Furthermore, this video was posted on Instagram by a verified account named mughaleazamplay. Not only that, but they added a caption to the video, saying, "The Broadway-inspired musical that began in India in 2016 with a simple goal, to immortalize the love for Mughal-e-Azam in the hearts of its fans and the world, has now reached another significant milestone." For the exclusive marketing of the musical's North American tour, our prologue was screened in Times Square with a beautiful flash mob produced by the graceful Kathak dancers." As soon as the video was posted on the internet, it gained a large number of likes as well as numerous great reactions and comments from online users.
